Therapy is a collaborative process that facilitates positive change and helps people lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Therapy can help you to work through issues that have been bothering you and keeping you from emotional well being and health. I provide an open and non-judgmental environment where you are free to be yourself and speak openly.

One of my goals in therapy is to help you explore problems so that we can find ways to overcome them together. I will help you learn coping skills that can help you be happier and feel more connected in your relationships. Therapy is effective with adults, teens, and children for a wide variety of issues.
